Forwarding charges:
After entering your order, our shop software automatically calculated the forwarding charges. Crucial for the transport costs are the number of rolls (the weight of the parcel) and the particular recipient country.

Our following sample calculation shows you the two options „normal dispatch and express dispatch“ among which you can always decide when ordering. The exact calculation of the costs takes place during your ordering process. You then always have the possibility to cancel the ordering process if you only wanted an exact calculation.

Special note: Basically we send our products worldwide. But in some cases an express dispatch is not possible for every country.

Sample calculation for a dispatch to the United Kingdom:
2 rolls of the wallpaper "Apollo" (2.80 kg)
Normal dispatch by UPS: 13.40 Euro
Express dispatch by UPS: 80.80 Euro

Sample calculation for a dispatch to the United States:
2 rolls of the wallpaper "Apollo" (2.80 kg)
Normal dispatch by the German Post: 30.90 Euro
Express dispatch by UPS: 101.20 Euro

Delivery time:
We send requested samples with German Post by letter. The dispatch takes around 5-8 working days in European countries. Outside Europe our sample consignments need between 8 and 12 working days. But you can also choose an express dispatch by UPS.

We send parcel consignments with wallpaper rolls by UPS or German Post. The name of the parcel service appropriate to you is shown during the ordering process. Now you can choose among normal and express dispatch.

In the following chart you can see how many working days the dispatch to your country takes. These are standard terms of the parcel service for which we can not take over any garantee. *Consignments outside of the European Union can in rare cases be delayed because of the customs clearance in the recipient country (currently long delays at the American custom).
